Payment and Cancellation Policy:

1. Whoever wants to book an pooja in SHALMALA need to pay minimum 50% of the total amount as advance (or) can pay the full amount.
2. Please note the pooja date will be confirmed only after the receipt of the advance amount.
3. Pooja cancellation can be made 2 days or more prior to the event, on confirmation of cancellation you will receive 80% of the pooja amount as refund.
4. There will be no refund for the cancellation made within 2 days of the pooja program.
5. There will be no refund for the pooja cancelled on the pooja day due to any reason from devotee’s side.
